Prospective tenants will be required to pay either an Individual Referencing Application Fee of £234.00 (inc. VAT) or a Joint Referencing Application Fee of £288.00 (inc. VAT). Where a Guarantor is required a further application fee of £60.00 (inc. VAT) will be required.
