Energy Performance Reports
Prospective tenants will be required to pay either an Individual Referencing Application Fee of £200.00 (inc. VAT) or a Joint Referencing Application Fee of £250.00 (inc. VAT). Where a Guarantor is required a further application fee of £60.00 (inc. VAT) will be required. The referencing fees are non-refundable unless a property is withdrawn from the market by the landlord(s) after the tenant(s) referencing application has been processed.
A security deposit of one and a half month's rent and one full month's rent will be payable as cleared funds within seven days of the tenancy start date.
A check out fee of £60.00 (inc.VAT) is applicable.
