Our Full Management Service includes:

• Preparation of colour property details

• Advertising in local press
• Six months rent warranty ( subject to tenant qualification )
• Property inspections every three months
• Detailed inventory preparation
• Drafting of tenancy agreement including the service of any pre-notices
• Tenants referencing service
• Collect first months rent and security deposit (minimum six weeks rent)
• Transfer of utility accounts to tenant
• Accompanied viewing service
• Arrange for any property maintenance and repairs as per the terms of business
• Check in and check out of tenants
